This is a 60 minute massage therapy visit for those who are seeking treatment not related to Prenatal care.

If this is your first visit, please fill out all intake and consent forms prior to arriving at the clinic. You can find these intake forms in your email, or in your online account in Eagle Mountain Health Jane App.

Providing your extended health care information allows for therapists who provide direct billing services to bill on your behalf. Any balance remaining is due at the time of appointment. If you choose not to provide this information, full payment will be required at the end of each appointment. All taxes are included in the price.

Price: $135 (all taxes are included)

We require 24 hours notice for all cancellations or rescheduled appointments. Client’s will be responsible for any fees associated with late cancellations or missed appointments.

This is a 60 minute massage therapy session for those who are currently pregnant. This treatment is focused on prenatal and pregnancy care. A pregnancy pillow is provided so that you may safely lay face down during treatment.
