COVID-19 POLICY AND PROCEDURES

Masks are no longer mandatory in medical settings. If you prefer to wear a mask during your appointment, please do so. In addition, if you would like me to wear a mask, please let me know at the beginning of your appointment.

We no longer require a Covid -19 health screening before each appointment, but we do request that you self monitor for any illness prior to your appointment, and to reschedule if you are feeling unwell.
